Timo and Mani are on the trail of cigarette smugglers... Willi works at the container port and knows all the tricks of the trade, but could he be of use to the police team? Mani thinks so, but he doesn't realize that Timo has had bad experiences with Willi in the past. Chaos and frustration adds to the humour!
